Remember the goli soda? The marble-sealed bottle, the pop, the rush of a gully summer. We kept the fizz, lost the sugar-bomb, and put the flavours of an Indian summer in a can.

Kokum from the Konkan coast, raw mangoes from Malihabad, jamun after the first monsoon rains, nimbu from Nashik. We buy each fruit when it's at its best.

Cold-steeped, never boiled.

Jeera, kala namak and fresh pudina steep for 18 hours at 4°C. The spice keeps its brightness instead of turning stewed and bitter.

Balanced03

Sweetened by fruit only.

No added sugar, no sweeteners and no artificial colour. The balance comes from tart fruit, a little salt and a lot of tasting.

Charged & canned cold.
